Vanessa comes to us with over 24 years experience in Property Management in the Ipswich and surrounding areas and is a valuable asset as our first point of contact in her role as Property Management Receptionist.

Having investment properties herself , Vanessa knows both sides of owning and managing a home. Vanessa is committed in assisting both landlords and tenants to ensure that they have a wonderful experience with THE PROPERTY PALACE.

THE PROPERTY PALACE is excited to have Stacey as part as our Property Management Team. Stacey first started her career in real estate with THE PROPERTY PALACE in 2009 as our full time receptionist in the Property Management Division.

Developing her skills with extensive training, Stacey’s knowledge of the industry has excelled her to the role of our Assistant Property Manager to our three Property Managers. Stacey has continually developing her skills and plays a vital role in the smooth running of our Property Management Division.

Stacey enjoys being part of a friendly team environment and working beside highly experienced and well regarded industry professionals. She is based at our new Brassall office on 07 3813 0588.

Grant has come to THE PROPERTY PALACE with a wealth of experience in residential real estate, with over 16 years in the industry, originally commencing his career with Century 21 Karana Downs as a very successful sales agent, with 6 years selling Karana Downs, Karalee, Barellan Point, Mt Crosby & Chuwar. Moving into the Ipswich market in 2003, developing and managing the rental department for Century 21 Heritage City Realty, later to become a business partner with this company.

Selling the business in 2010 and joining The Property Palace in 2011 as a hands on rental manager for the Karana Downs office. Grant is keen to further develop the rental business in the Karana Downs, Karalee region and actively seeking new rental management opportunities now.

As a licensed agent, with extensive Property Management experience, Grant firmly believe the key to successful property management is communication, plain & simple, keeping the property owners and tenants informed and up to date at all times, current with legislation changes and ensuring owners of investment property in the region are achieving maximum return for their investments.
